It brings me back into my body much more quickly.
I am quite sensitive to excessive stimuli, and when that happens, I cannot remain comfortable in my body. My mind remains active, which is very unpleasant and exhausting. I then seek solace in yoga, warmth, and quiet places. That is also a form of exertion.

That’s why I decided to try out the pressure vest. It helps me reconnect with my body much more quickly because the pressure from the vest emphasizes that, but I also feel much warmer thanks to the material, which is another improvement. I can also put it on whenever I want to collect myself. The pressure remains noticeable for longer after those 20 minutes, even when the vest is off. For me, it’s a step forward and a solution.
